Complaints

Orders are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at the TEDGAR store. Orders are processed between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Order processing time: up to 2 business days.

Delivery within Poland is handled by DHL.

Shipping costs:

Courier shipping – EUR 10.00.

 

The basis for accepting a complaint is proof of purchase, specifically a receipt, VAT invoice, or other document confirming purchase.

A complaint regarding a product must be submitted in writing, a template of which can be downloaded HERE.

Each complaint will be processed within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the damaged goods to the following address:

The Seller is liable to the Customer if the Product has a hidden physical defect that reduces its value or usefulness. The Seller is not liable for hidden physical defects that arise after the Product has been delivered to the Customer.

In the case of a justified complaint, in accordance with Article 8 of the Act of July 27, 2002, on specific terms and conditions of consumer sales and amending the Civil Code (Journal of Laws No. 141, item 1176, as amended), if the consumer goods are non-conforming with the contract, the Customer may request that they be brought into conformity with the contract through free repair. If repair is not possible, the product The damaged item will be replaced with a new, full-value item. If this is no longer possible (for example, due to stock shortage), the store will refund the Customer the equivalent of the product price or offer them other products available in the store of the same quality and intended use.

The defect notification (complaint) should include a description of the Product defect, the date the defect was discovered, and a request for repair. The Customer cannot refuse a free repair if it guarantees the full restoration of the Product's proper functional properties.

In the case of a complaint regarding mechanical damage incurred during transport, please complete an appropriate damage report in the presence of the carrier. Please then send the purchased item along with the report to the address provided above. Complaints without the report will not be considered.

The Seller will inform the complainant via email whether the complaint has been approved or rejected.

The Customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the Product being complained about. If the complaint is found to be justified, the Seller will reimburse the reasonable shipping costs of the Product being complained about. borne by the Ordering Party.

Packages containing the Product in question sent COD or at the recipient's expense will not be accepted.

Returns

 

Pursuant to Article 7 of the Act, the ordering party has the right to withdraw from the sales contract without giving any reason within fourteen days of receiving the product. The ordering party should inform the seller by submitting an appropriate letter. The consumer should submit a written declaration of withdrawal from the contract, a template of which can be downloaded HERE.

The returned product must be returned to the address from which it was shipped:

The returns referred to above are only permitted for unused goods (without any signs of use). Furthermore, the product must be returned in its original packaging, if it was packaged in its original packaging. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Customer is obligated to return the purchased Products at their own expense in their original packaging, along with a declaration of withdrawal from the sales contract and the original proof of purchase (receipt, invoice).

The money received by the Seller for the Products will be refunded to the Customer by bank transfer to the bank account number indicated in the declaration of withdrawal (or by postal order) within 14 business days of receipt of the returned Product.

The refund will include the price of the goods, as well as the cost of one-way shipping (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us).

If the return is rejected due to failure to meet the requirements of point 2 of Section VI of these Terms and Conditions, the person returning the goods will be notified of the rejection via email, and the goods will be returned at their expense.
